We offer west central Idaho property in the heart of a growing recreational area, near Council.

Right now is a great time to buy property here. Construction is well advanced at the $1.2 billion luxurious Tamarack Resort, 30 miles east of Council. This is the first major mountain resort to be built in North America in 20 years, and will attract many visitors to this area year-round.

In addition, the Idaho State Legislature approved in April 2005 construction of a 56-mile four-lane highway from I-84 outside Boise into the Council area. ID Highway 95, now the only road into Council, is two lanes. The new fast highway will greatly open up our area.
